Introduction
The Ministry of Transport of the South West State of Somalia is one of the 25 ministries in the South West State administration. The Ministry work closely with key line Ministries including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Works and Housing and Ministry of Security of South West State of Somalia.

The Ministry strives to upgrade and rehabilitate air and road transport network to contribute to economic recovery and access to key regions in order to provide efficient, safe and integrated transportation systems, sustained economic growth, better environment and urban development to achieve long lasting development.
